Q: Is this site legitimate?

A fair question, and absolutely it is legitimate. We run a number of sites around the world and have been giving away hundreds of prizes worth thousands of dollars for the past 2 years. If you have any concerns, please message us at notifications@iwn.io and we can share lots of positive feedback from our global users with you.

Q: What happens if I win a prize?

We'll send a notification to your My Account page (don't worry, it'll be obvious) and you'll be able to click on the claim button to claim your prize. If you haven't claimed your prize after a fixed amount of time, we'll email you a reminder to go and claim your prize. Depending on who is sending you the prize (us or a 3rd party such as a PR company or brand), details of where to send the prize will be taken from you and the prize will be sent out. You can also check out our winners list for a list of all our previous winners.

Q: Do I have to pay to receive my free prize?

We will either send you the prize (at no cost to you) or organise for you to collect the prize in person.

Q: Can I enter if I live outside of the USA?

Sorry, no. All sweepstakes are US only and can only be entered from within the United States. If you enter from outside of the US and win, we will choose another winner.

Q: Can I enter more than once?

Absolutely, you can enter every day! However, you can only enter once a day until the sweepstake closes.

Q: Can I create more than one account?

If you have more than one email address, you can use these to create multiple accounts.

Q: What happens if the sweepstake prize is damaged or doesn’t arrive?

Q: Can I give my prize to someone else?

It depends. For normal prizes that don’t need to be associated with someone (iPad, vouchers, make up etc) it’s your sweepstake prize to do with what you want. Some prizes, for example, vacation prizes, could be locked to a winning name and therefore cannot be given to someone else without the permission of the prize provider, and some prizes may not allow you to give them away or sell them on. Any specific terms and conditions for a prize will be listed on the prize entry page.

Q: What happens with the name and email address I give you? Will I get spammed by marketing companies?

No, no, no, no, no! When you create your account you agree to our terms and conditions and make a choice about whether you want to receive marketing from us. This consent ONLY applies to use contacting you - if there is a need to pass your detail onto a third party (claiming a prize, special offer available etc) then we would ask your explicit consent for this to happen. If you do win and the prize is being supplied by a 3rd party (such as a PR company or brand), they may have a different policy to ours, so make sure you check when giving them additional personal information.

Q: How do I delete my account?

We'd hate to see you leave, but understand that some people will want to. To avoid accidental account deletion, we don't have a 'delete account' button. To have your account deleted, email us at notifications@iwn.io and provide us with the email address your account is registered under. We will then check if you have any active competition entries - if you haven't, we'll delete your account and all associated data immediately and inform you when this is done. If you have active entries, we'll message you to confirm that you still want to go ahead with your deletion and then act upon your request before notifying you that this has been done.

Q: I want to change the email address on my account - how do I do that?

This is easy - just email us at notifications@iwn.io, tell us the email address currently associated with the account and the email address you'd like us to change it to and we'll do the rest. Please allow 48 hours for this process to take place (although we usually do it straight away!)
